How long does a new connection take?
In most covered areas, installation happens within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. If you order before 2 PM and your building already has our fiber, we can often activate the same day.
Is the connection really unlimited?
Yes. Every residential package is truly unlimited with no FUP and no speed throttling after a certain volume. We don't cap downloads, uploads, or streaming hours.
What documents do I need to apply?
Just a photocopy of your NID (or passport) and a mobile number for contact. If you rent, we may ask for a utility bill or a short landlord consent note for the building owner.
Do you provide the WiFi router?
Yes. A dual-band router is included free with 6-month and yearly plans, and it's yours to keep. Monthly plans can add a router for a small one-time deposit.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Call or message our 24/7 support line. Most issues are resolved remotely within minutes; physical faults are typically fixed within 4 hours. Our backbone has redundant upstream routes so single-link failures don't take you offline.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package later?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your next billing cycle — upgrades are usually applied immediately, and there's no change fee.
Which payment methods do you accept?
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and direct online payment through our customer portal. Invoices are sent by SMS and email every month.
